India is the country with the longest and most continuous spiritual tradition in the world, Sanatana Dharma is the oldest religion, the Vedas are the oldest spiritual scriptures and yoga the oldest spiritual practice for the realization of God. Like the immortality of the soul, India’s spiritual life force is constant, eternal and imperishable. Filled with spiritual treasures, India today is also able to prove its worth and courage. India is a separate “world” …
The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, which means “union” or “yunta”. Yoga is a practice, not a religion. It is an ancient art based on a system of harmonious development of the body, mind and spirit. The continued practice of yoga provides peace and well-being, in addition to the feeling of forming a whole with the environment around us.
The practice of yoga makes our bodies stronger and more flexible; in addition, it improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. Yoga brings emotional stability and clarity of spirit.
Open your mind and let yourself be seduced by the charms of this beautiful and exciting journey that, without a doubt, will change your way of seeing the world.
